These are two of four studies on shadow and gestural effects that were supposed to be completed in 30 minutes.  I failed miserably.  They both took over two hours!  I am going to try another composition with the doll shoes.

Patti Mollica is the artist we were supposed to emulate.  Her work is gorgeous and purportedly completed in 30 minutes or less.
