9×12″ oil on canvas board

I finally signed up for a painting workshop. Normally it would be too expensive, but there were too many unfilled spaces and a deep discount was offered. Jim Wodark was the instructor and his theme was to be composition, my greatest weakness. I think I learned a lot. I have two more days of painting with the group. I am inexperienced, but more confident after today’s session.
