8×10″ oil on panel

I probably should go back and refine this class piece.  I spent about 2.5 hours on it.  I showed up to class and the instructor was surprised. He had not expected to have any students and was cleaning his studio. Apparently, I never hit SEND when responding to his inquiry the day before about my attendance. I sure felt lucky he went to the studio early! He pinned up a photo he had taken, and we painted it.
